2. Bookings & Payments

Booking Process

When you complete a booking through SwiftAirways, you enter into a contract with the operating airline. SwiftAirways acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking. Your passenger details must match your travel documents exactly — it is your responsibility to verify all information before confirming.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on SwiftAirways are in the currency specified and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and selected alternative payment methods.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a fare is displayed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel with a full refund.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a unique booking reference. Until confirmation is received, no contract exists.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by airline, fare type, and ticket conditions. When you book, the applicable cancellation policy is displayed before you confirm payment.

SwiftAirways cannot override airline policies. If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please refer to your confirmation email or contact our support team for assistance.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account registration requires accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the platform without our express permission
• Submit false or misleading information

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

SwiftAirways provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that fare information is always error-free, available, or that bookings will always be processed without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftAirways's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount paid by you for the booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or our platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwiftAirways is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
